Our staff will post all electronic remittance advices (ERA’s) and manually post explanation of benefits (EOB’s). We’ll follow up and submit effective denials resulting in denial reversals. We also create and send all patient statements once insurance payments are made. We can post patient payments paid via online or any payment transaction interface.
